  1. Welcome to Marquis Spa Parts. You can chat with us, email us, call us or leave a message here and we will be glad to help you.

    1. Press “Lock” and then “TEMP”. If this does not work, then you have either a bad topside control or a bad board

        1. If the topside looks damaged, i.e. overlay cracked, etc, I would start with replacing it. If it looks good and all the buttons seems to be working, then I would suspect board. No definitive way to say for 100% sure.
