I have marquis reward spa cannot get lock light to go off , I pressed temp & then lock what do I do
Press “Lock” and then “TEMP”. If this does not work, then you have either a bad topside control or a bad board
I pressed lock then temp did not work, how do I find out what is bad
If the topside looks damaged, i.e. overlay cracked, etc, I would start with replacing it. If it looks good and all the buttons seems to be working, then I would suspect board. No definitive way to say for 100% sure.
that did not work how do I tell weather top controller or board is bad
